以前に購入しました○○のことで質問があります。届いたときにすぐに連絡をすればよかったのですが、届いた商品のうちいくつかがメールに添付しました写真のような液漏れをしている状態でした。商品やパッケージ、説明書が油のようなもので濡れていました。○○の中に含まれていた液が漏れてきている状態だと思いますが、これは商品の不具合でしょうか？それとも液漏れは問題なく、この油のような液は人体に影響のない無害なものでしょうか？ご回答お待ちしています。

I have a question about oo I purchased before. I should have contacted right away when it was delivered, but some of the items delivered were leaking some liquid as the picture attached with the mail shows. THe items, the package and the instruction document was got wet with something like oil. I guess the liquid inside of oo was leaking outside, but is it any fault of the product? Or, the liquid leakage has nothing to do with it and the liquid is harmlee to human body? I am waiting for your reply.

I have a question about *** we've purchased. I probably should have contacted you as soon as we received the order, but still. Some of the items we received are leaking some kind of fluid as you can see from the attached picture. The oily fluid covers the items themselves, the packaging and the manual. It appears that the liquid contained in *** is leaking out, does it mean the item is defective? Or is this oil not harmful to humans, and thus leakage is not an issue? I'll be waiting for your answer.
