本当は出した人がよくわかってるはず。

今日もあちこちで目に見えないいろんな形の声がとびかっている。

中にいた、Emilyちゃんは、たまったものではない。

We two ants are good friends, Martha and Emily.

Martha looked for a good place to hide here and there, and found a kind of dome with a big roof.

（訳注：ドームを見つけてEmilyを呼んでいるということは、まず隠れようとしてドームを見つけたのはMarthaで、自分のことを「Marthaちゃん」と言っていると取らないと意味が通らないことになります。ですので、「Marthaちゃん、隠れるからね。」の部分は「Marthaちゃん(=自分)は隠れるからね。」と訳しました。もし絵つきの童話で、絵との兼ね合いで違う意味なのでしたらお知らせください。）

steadicamよりも簡単な設定で、スムーズなドリー撮影ができないかというテストをしてみました。
まず３輪ベビーバギーにカメラを乗せて撮影。それを編集時に、Lock&LoadX というスタビライズプラグインで、さらに滑らかな動きにしています。
砂利道のような場所での細かい振動には対応しきれませんが、多少の凹凸がある地面なら、Rail Dollyに近い効果が得られました。

We have tested to find out if it is possible to make dolly shooting easier and smoother than the steadicam.
First, we made a shooting with a camera on a three-wheeled baby buggy, and made the shot smoother using the "Lock&LoadX" stabilize plug-in.
It doesn't fully support wiggling shake caused such as gravel road, but on the ground with little bump we got the result like the Rail Dolly.

Hello, how are you doing? I've been so busy that I had no day off because our company will be open a new store, and on the day off I stayed in the bed all day long.
Japanese students will have spring vacation soon, so I guess many Japanese will visit Hawaii.
I suppose you are working very hard too. Are you doing ok? I'm too tired XD I want long holiday to relax.
Japanese whether is quite rainy and various, sometimes very cold, and other times warm. Now the cherry blossoms start blooming, it's about 6 days earlier than usual. I remember I talked about cherry blossoms with you last year, it's been already 1 year since then! I like cherry blossoms. They reminds me that warm season is coming. They fall after short blooming for about only 1 week in a year. It's impressive to see cherry trees in full blossom. I will send you pics if I can go on a Hanami(cherry-blossom viewing). I'll work hard again tomorrow dreaming Hanami with you someday :D

①、９月に行った新事業領域の提案により、我々が他の競合代理店とは違う、新しいビジネスパートナーだと印象付ける事に成功した。
②、その後も継続的に東京ギャラリー企画などを提案し、関係強化を図った。現在は2013年に予定している“創立100周年”の仕事を受注するために、良好な関係を維持している。

2) After the proposal I have sought enhanced relationship with them by continual proposal such as gallery project in Tokyo. We are keeping good relationship now to accept the order of "100th anniversary of the foundation" which is planned in the year 2013.

3) On the visits to the clients I reached out to their active comments with my expertise in agriculture and succeeded at hearing many assignments for durations of half year.

⑤、我々のケーパビリティを継続的にアピール出来るよう、米塚氏をサポート。具体的にはXY 社のコーポレートコミュニケーション局から、周年ビジネス資料を入手。クライアントへのレクチャーを行う事により、我が社 への信頼感を深めた。
⑥、今後の展望：　田中チームとして取り組みプライオリティは低いクライアントだが、2010年は100周年の仕事が決まる重要な年となる。時間をかけて攻めるのではなく、ここと言うポイントで我々の存在感をアピールし続ける事が必要と考える。

5) I supported Mr./Ms. Yonezuka so that we can continually appeal our capability. Specifically, I acquired annual business documents from the corporate communication department of XY company. I enhanced client's confidence to us through the lecture to them.
6) Outlook for the future: though it is a client with low-priority working as the team Tanaka, 2010 is important year while we would acquire the project of 100th anniversary. I think it is necessary to keep appealing our presence at each deciding point, not to capture gradually.
