Please contact the delivery company Yourself at their phone number, as indicated in your message. You will realise that this number DO NOT exist. This is what Chornopost told me over the phone. So HOW can I schedule the delivery of a package that does not exist, according to Chronopost ?

Also, please note that the delivery company did not leave a message in my mail box indicating that nobody was home when they tried to deliver. Based on my experience with Amazon and chronopost　 this is what they should have done.

Overall, I am very disppointed with the quality of service.

The reason we don’t grant any exclusive to anybody is that, we are not big company, and our product is not a mass selling product because it is
not cheap and it is only interested in small group of FPS gamers, so the sellers are not stable on this type of products.
We had experience that the sellers are leaving us and other sellers coming in very short time.

As you are just became our importer and seller for about a month, while there is another seller in Japan is asking for exclusive as well,
their order amount is larger than yours so far ( you ordered just once, so can’t tell who is bigger in a period of time).

ウエストと腰の辺りに継目が入ると安っぽく見えてしまい好みではなくなるので、この部分を確認したいです。
お店の見本のジャケットのパネル部分の継目のステッチならばそのままで結構です。

先日、このディスプレイケースを３点購入しました。

黒を注文しましたが、３点とも茶色が届いたのでセラーに連絡を取りました。

セラーが現在正しい商品を送ってくれています。商品はまだ受け取っていません。

間違って届いた茶色のケースは返送しようと考えていましたが、こちらで買い取ることにしました。

茶色も買い取りたいので、支払い方法はどうするのか？とセラーに伝えたところ、Amazonに連絡を取ってくれといわれており、困っています。
こういうケースは初で方法が分かりません。どうすれば良いですか？

I bought three display cases the other day.

However, what I received were all blown color though I ordered black, so I contacted the seller.

The seller is now sending black items, which have not reached me by now.

I was thinking about sending back the blown cases that were wrongly sent to me, but decided to buy them.

I asked the seller how to pay for my additional order, then the seller told me to contact Amazon.
As this is my first case and I have no idea what to do. Please give me your advise on this matter.
