We are planning to purchase stitchwork producer.
If we have a stitchwork producer in Japan, the communication with you about our order should get smooth.
Prior to the purchase, can you please cooperate with us regarding several things to be confirmed?
We would like to be able to make stitchwork in the same design and with the identical string.
- Currently which software for designing stitchwork do you use?
Please tell me the developer of the software, and the name of the product.
I heard that your stitchwork producer is made by Oshima, but we are going to purchase Japanese one, made by Tajima.
They say that the same design can be reproducible if the same software is used, in spite that different producers are used.
Is it WILCOM, or Pulse?
If we have a stitchwork producer in Japan, the communication with you about our order should get smooth.

Can you send me the data of letter for embroidering? I will buy same software and install your company's font design data. Would you ask the staff in charge of embroidery?
