どうかビジネスのルールを理解して下さい
現在はもう予備のパーツは販売されていないので、組立ては丁寧に注意しながら行なって下さい

Thank you for buying the products last year.
I'm terribly to hear that there are problems with the product.
However, I am unable to compensate you.
When I was selling the product, I have explained that the returned goods and compensation is to be done within 2 weeks.
The product that you have purchased was more than 1 and a half years.
If compensation of 2nd hand goods that lasted for 1 and a half years can be done, no one would do business on ebay.
I hope that you can understand that even for regular shop, without making any report on the products' problem after purchasing, compensation would not be given in the case where the problem is reported 1 and a half years later.
As the spare parts are no longer being sold, please use it while being careful with the assembly.
