商品に問題があったという事でそれは残念だ
しかし私はそれを補償できない
私は販売時に返品や補償は2週間以内にと説明している
君が商品を購入したのは1年半前
1年半も前の中古商品の補償をしていたら、誰もebayで商売はできなくなるだろう
正規店であっても、購入後すぐに商品の問題を報告せずに、1年半も後に問題を報告した場合は補償はされない
どうかビジネスのルールを理解して下さい
現在はもう予備のパーツは販売されていないので、組立ては丁寧に注意しながら行なって下さい

It is very sad that you had a problem with the product.
But I cannot give you a compensation for that.
As I said when I sold you the item, I would only accept return or compensation within the first two weeks.
You bought it one year and a half ago; if I were to give you a compensation for a product that was bought so long ago, I (or anyone else) could run a business at eBay.
Although we are an official store, if you tell us about the problem only after one year and a half after you found it, not immediately, no compensation can be given.
