I asked Japan Post Office to investigate and they said it had been delivered on ]uly 14th.

However there are two cases that I can think of as to why the order hasn’t arrived.
The less possible one is that Frankfurt’s Customs sent it to Customs in another town.
In this case there should have arrived a Notice letter from Customs. In case it hasn’t arrived then I can think of case number 2.
