日本郵便に調べてもらったところ、7月14日配達完了となっておりました。
にもかかわらず届いていない場合は２つのケースが考えられます。
確率が低い方は、フランクフルトの税関から地方税関に転送になったケース。
この場合は、関税通知書が届くはずですが届いていないならば２つ目のケース。誤配送が考えられます。google mapで調べたら、お届けの通りは商業街でしょうか？パン屋や税理士事務所等、複数の店舗が密集しているようでした。そのどこかに誤って配送されている可能性があります。
After checking with Japan Post, I confirmed that the delivery was completed on 14 July.
Despite so, there can only be two scenarios why it has not been received.
The less likely reason could be that the customs department in Frankfurt had transferred it to the local customs.
In this situation, there should be a notification from the customs department. If there was nothing received, the second scenario of a wrong delivery could be possible. After searching on Google Maps, the address seems to be a business area, right? It looks like there are many shops gathered in the area such as bakery and tax accountant office. There is a likelihood that the delivery was sent wrongly to one of these shops.
