Since other staff members, including Sato who usually communicate with Mr. Mark in your office, are working in our office on the day, please feel free to visit us in your convenient time slot on the 6th. We all sincerely welcome you.
(Please rest assured as there are some staff members can speak English more fluently than Sato.)
