ここ数日予定を調整してみましたが、６日は15:00～16:00しか時間を空けることができませんでした。
普段御社のMark氏とやりとりをさせていただいている佐藤など、他のスタッフは事務所にいますので、ご都合がよい時間帯にオフィスにお越しいただけると我々一同歓迎いたします。
（佐藤よりも英語が流暢な社員もいますので、ご安心ください）
私は、残念ですが、15時～16時の間だけ同席させていただければと存じます。

Though I have adjusted my schedule in recent days, 15:00~16:00 is only available on 6th.
There are other staffs such as Sato who usually communicates with Mr. Mark of your company in our office. Therefore, we will welcome you if you come to our office at a time most convenient for you. (Since there is a staff who can speak English well better than Sato, please don’t worry.)
Unfortunately, I will sit with you just 15:00 ~16:00.
