ここ数日予定を調整してみましたが、６日は15:00～16:00しか時間を空けることができませんでした。
普段御社のMark氏とやりとりをさせていただいている佐藤など、他のスタッフは事務所にいますので、ご都合がよい時間帯にオフィスにお越しいただけると我々一同歓迎いたします。
（佐藤よりも英語が流暢な社員もいますので、ご安心ください）
私は、残念ですが、15時～16時の間だけ同席させていただければと存じます。

Although I adjusted my schedule for these several days, I can spare only from 15:00 to 16:00 on the 6th.
As such as Mr Sato who cooperate with Mark and other staff are at our office, we will indeed welcome you if you can take your time to come to our office.
(Please be rest assured as there is a staff speaking English better than Mr Sato.)
I feel sorry but I can only attend during 15:00 t0 16:00.
