この商品はすでに数百個販売しております。その中で2,3名に偽物の疑いがあるとしてクレームを受けたと思います。しかしそのほかの人は高い満足を得ています。その2,3名は刻印のことでおそらく勘違いをしています。



トラベラーズカンパニーの公式ブログが言うように、刻印の変更がありました。そのことを彼らは知りません。

And I think it has resolved that you checked JAN code of all products in FBA warehouse.

I have already sold this products several hundreds. I remember receiving complaint from two or three customers that they suspect the products are fake. But other customers were satisfied with it. The person who complained may be misunderstand the mark.

As the official blog of traveler's company said, the mark was changed. They didn't know that.

I will send right now about attached order papers for one year and exchange with them for one year.

At that time maker told it was mistake of local staff. I have that exchange by email.
I think it is also important to see opinion of minority customers.
