添付の発注書1年分と先方とのやり取り1年分はすぐにお送りできます。また刻印が入ってないことがあり、一度メーカーに確認をしたこともあります。その時メーカーは現場担当者のミスだったと言っていました。そのメールのやりとりもあります。
少数のお客様の意見も大切だとは思うのですが、商品ページのレビューをすべて見て頂けると、刻印の問題など分かりやすいと思います。
