マスダマスという老舗の卸業者です。担当は日諸（ひもろ）さんです。
1年分の取引のインボイスを提出とのことですが、こうした古い業者では御社の期待に添うものは発行しておりません。
添付を見てください。これはこちらが発行した発注書に先方が書き加えることで請求書としています。
インボイスの再発行をお願いしてもおそらく古い業者なのでそのような対応はできないかもしれません。まして1週間以内などできないと思います。

They will be submitting their yearly amount transaction invoices, but an old trader like them cannot issue something that will meet your company's expectations.
Please check the attached file. This is the the purchase order we issued with additions from your company that we use as the bill.
Even if you request to issue a new invoice, as an old trader they probably cannot comply with that request, not to mention doing it in one week.
