そして御社がＦＢＡ倉庫にある商品のＪＡＮコードをすべてを調べて問題は解決したと考えております。
この商品はすでに数百個販売しております。その中で2，3名に偽物の疑いがあるとしてクレームを受けたと思います。しかしそのほかの人は高い満足を得ています。その2，3名は刻印のことでおそらく勘違いをしています。
トラベラーズカンパニーの公式ブログが言うように、刻印の変更がありました。そのことを彼らは知りません。

I had received a message regarding this product from your company previously.
I believe that you have investigated the JAN code of all the products in the FBA warehouse, and the problem has already been solved.
There are hundreds of this product already sold. Among them, there are 2-3 customers who suspect that this may be a counterfeit product and made a claim. However, everyone else are highly satisfied with the product. Those 2-3 people may have misunderstood the engraving.
As mentioned in the Travelers Company's official blog, there was a change in the engraving. They do not know of this.

1年分の取引のインボイスを提出とのことですが、こうした古い業者では御社の期待に添うものは発行しておりません。
添付を見てください。これはこちらが発行した発注書に先方が書き加えることで請求書としています。
インボイスの再発行をお願いしてもおそらく古い業者なのでそのような対応はできないかもしれません。まして1週間以内などできないと思います。

添付の発注書1年分と先方とのやり取り1年分はすぐにお送りできます。また刻印が入ってないことがあり、一度メーカーに確認をしたこともあります。その時メーカーは現場担当者のミスだったと言っていました。そのメールのやりとりもあります。
少数のお客様の意見も大切だとは思うのですが、商品ページのレビューをすべて見て頂けると、刻印の問題など分かりやすいと思います。
