いつもお世話になります。
現在、日本国内でRT8を店頭に並べている店舗は合計5店舗あります。
各店舗での売れ行きは好調で、今後も注文数は増加していく傾向にあります。
取り扱い店舗も更に増やしていきたいというのが当社の方針です。
しかし、そのうちの1店舗から『Amazonの価格の方が安くなっている』と苦情があり、取扱店を辞退し商品も返却したいと連絡がありました。
こちらの店舗は、最も大きなRT8の販売先であり、取り扱い店を辞退されてしまう事は大きな損失となります。
そこで、相談があります。
Currently, there are five stores which show RT8 in the stores of Japan.
They have a large sale and the order quantity is going to increase in the future.
As our policy, we would like to increase the number of the stores which handle with RT8.
However, one of the stores made us a complaint "the price of Amazon is cheaper than us." and they said they wanted to stop to sell RT8s and return them.
This store is our largest seller of RT8, it would be a big loss if they turn down to handle it.
So, I would like to ask you a favor.
There are 5 shops in total that sell RT8 in Japan now.
At each shop, the sale is well and it is going to be increase order in the future.
We would like to increase the dealing shops.
However, in a mean time, one of the shops claimed that "Amazon's prices are cheaper." and they contacted us saying they want to return the products by stopping to be an agency.
The shop is the biggest RT8 sales shop and so it is a huge loss to loose the shop.
Therefore, I would like to ask you.
Currently, five stores in total in Japan are selling RT8 in store front.
They sell RT8 pretty well, and the number of the order is likely to increase.
We also would like to increase the shops who deal with RT8 further more as our policy.
However, we received a message from one of such stores that they would like to stop dealing with RT8 and to return the items because they said that the Amazon price was cheaper.
The store is the biggest sales destination of RT8, and it would a major loss of our sales if we lose them as a store who handles it.
So, I would like to ask a favor of you.
Right now within Japan, there are 5 shops that are displaying in the shop front the RT8.
On each shop's counter the sales are favorable, from now on there is a tendency of increase of the order numbers.
The plan of this company is to increase the handling shops even more.
However, from one of the shops, there is a complaint because "The prices on Amazon are cheaper", there was a message to turn down the handling shops and returning the articles.
This shop is the biggest seller of RT8 and if the handling were to be turned down it would be a big loss.
That is why we would like to consult it.
RT8とRT7を当社が日本で販売していくにあたって、御社に更なるご協力をお願いできますでしょうか?
具体的には、御社が管理する日本のAmazonサイトからのみRT8とRT7を削除していただくか、価格を更に高く設定していただく必要があります。
希望する設定価格はRT8が$200。RT7が$350です。
もし、ご承諾を頂けるのであれば当社では下記のような方法で御社の利益に貢献したいと思います。

We would like the prices for RT8, $200 and for RT7, $350.

Specifically, I would like you to remove only RT8 and RT7 from the page of the site of Amazon in Japan which you manage, or to set the retail price higher than the current price.
Our request price would be $200 fro RT8, and $350 for RT7.
If you can accept above, we would like to contribute to your sales profit by the following ways.
1、当社が製作するオンラインサイトに御社のAmazonのページをリンクし、RT8やRT7以外の商品の宣伝を行います。日本人の購買意欲を掻き立てるような売り文句でご紹介をさせていただきます。
2、チラシを印刷し、各取扱店の地域で配布する事で更なる販売数増加に結び付ける。
その他にも、グーグルの広告においてRT8の広告費を更に増加し、販売数を増やしていきたいと考えております。
2. After printing flyers, we are considering to increase more RT8's ad cost for Google advert and increase the sales.
2. Print out the leaflets and distribute them in each dealer's sales territory, and try to link it lead to further sales increase.
Other than those, we would like to increase the advertisement cost of RT8 further more in Google advertisement in order to increase the number of sales.
