古いＹ社の任天堂のライセンスキャラの商品に関して
①と②は当時の担当者まで遡って調べ金型は既に廃棄済みという事が解りました。残念！
金型ですが、ベリリウム銅という安い材質の金属を使って金型をつくれば部材費はかなり安く抑えられます。
後は金型の取り都合次第で金型代金は異なります。６キャラ共通金型でとれば、金型代金は安くなりますが、フィギュアはフル塗装仕様なので、人件費が嵩み、製品代は少し高くなることになります。

Regarding old Nintendo’s licensed characters from Y Corp.
I researched on the person in charge of those days and it turned out that molds of 1 and 2 have been already disposed. No luck!
We can save lots of material cost if we make the molds with cheap metal called beryllium copper.
Also the fee of molds depends how we make it. Although the mold fee itself will be cheap if the mold is shared with 6 characters, the product price will be a little more expensive because more of labor cost is needed.

③は、個人的なルートをたどり、金型がＷＣ社の工場にまだ保管されている事が解りました。金型の状態はわかりませんが、先ずはＴＡ社に金型使用伺い届をだして、金型の状態を調査するのが良いかと思います。
ＷＣですから、金型移動も必要ないし、ＩＣＴＩ認可工場で出荷も問題ありませんね。

Using on my personal network, I figured it out that the mold of 3 is still kept in a factory of WC Corp. I guess it would be great to research on the mold’s condition after applying for TA Corp. to use molds.
Since it’s WC, there is no need to move the mold, and also it’s good for shipping because it’s an ICTI-certified factory.

③I followed a personal root and found that the die was still kept in a factory of WC company. I do not know the state of the die, but believe that it is better to first file the die use inquiry in TA company and investigate the state of the die.
