③は、個人的なルートをたどり、金型がＷＣ社の工場にまだ保管されている事が解りました。金型の状態はわかりませんが、先ずはＴＡ社に金型使用伺い届をだして、金型の状態を調査するのが良いかと思います。
ＷＣですから、金型移動も必要ないし、ＩＣＴＩ認可工場で出荷も問題ありませんね。
