私は日本に住んでいます。日本の法律で発火の恐れがあるライターケースを国外へ発送することができません。そのため間違って届いた△△をそちらへ返送することができません。もしよろしければ買い取りをしますので、△△の金額を教えていただけますでしょうか。

I live in Japan. According to Japanese law, it is not allowed to deliver lighter case abroad due to risk of ignition during deliver. Hence, I cannot return the mistakenly delivered △△ to you. If it's fine with you then I will purchase them as well, please tell me the total price for the △△.

I live in Japan. It's prohibited by low to ship flammable lighter cases to overseas in Japan. Therefore, I can't return the △ △ arrived incorrectly.
