私は○○を4個注文しました。しかし届いたのは異なる型番の△△が4個届きました。注文した○○を4個を至急発送していただけますでしょうか。
私は日本に住んでいます。日本の法律で発火の恐れがあるライターケースを国外へ発送することができません。そのため間違って届いた△△をそちらへ返送することができません。もしよろしければ買い取りをしますので、△△の金額を教えていただけますでしょうか。
