依頼の件について、現在の調整状況を次の通りご報告します。
１．１月7日に予定しているＮＥＣとの会議については、ＮＥＣ側の窓口である財務部の山田部長と確認し、正式な案内メールを、近日中に、ＩＢＭを含む関係者全員に送付する予定です。
２．1月8日のフォーラムについては、元より、トムが講演する時間を中心に、出来るだけ会場にいるように予定していました。

Regarding the case which you asked, I will report about the current status of the arrangement as follows.
1. Regarding the meeting scheduled on January 7th, I will confirm the schedule with the director, Mr. Yamada in the financial department who is the contact of NEC side, and will send an official announce mail to all of concerned people including IBM members in near future.
2. Regarding the forum on January 8th, I had originally planned to stay in the venue mainly around the time when Tom will make a speech.

I will report following as present adjustment state regarding request.

今回、更に出来るだ長く居られるように調整をして、2時から3時迄の1時間を除き、開始から終了まで全て会場にいる事が出来るようになりましたので、新たな日本のユーザ開拓に一層努めたいと思います。
３．ＳＡＰとの昼食会議については、鈴木副社長等の中心メンバーは、現時点、全て１月9日の予定が埋まっています。しかし、他のメンバーを含め、何らかの手を打てないか検討したいと思います。期待は出来ませんが、もう少し調整を進めます。

As we adjusted to enable to stay there longer, we can stay there from the start to end excluding 1 hour between 2:00 and 3:00. Therefore, we will make a more effort to find new users in Japan.
3. As for the lunch meeting with SAP, schedule of important members such as vice president Suzuki is full until January 9th. But we will consider changing this situation including other members.
We cannot expect, but will work on adjusting it furthermore.
I will let you know when I receive new information.

This time I adjust my schedule to stay as long as possible, so I can stay from the beginning to the end except for from 2pm to 3pm. I think I can explore Japanese users more.
