依頼の件について、現在の調整状況を次の通りご報告します。

１．１月7日に予定しているＮＥＣとの会議については、ＮＥＣ側の窓口である財務部の山田部長と確認し、正式な案内メールを、近日中に、ＩＢＭを含む関係者全員に送付する予定です。

２．1月8日のフォーラムについては、元より、トムが講演する時間を中心に、出来るだけ会場にいるように予定していました。

1. The conference with NEC that planing on January 7th. I am planning to confirm with Mr. Yamada manager of finance department who is the contact person of NEC side, and send official guide mail to all related person included IBM soon.

2. The forum on January 8th. It have been planed originally that as much as staying in the site mainly while Tom's talk.
