依頼の件について、現在の調整状況を次の通りご報告します。
１．１月7日に予定しているＮＥＣとの会議については、ＮＥＣ側の窓口である財務部の山田部長と確認し、正式な案内メールを、近日中に、ＩＢＭを含む関係者全員に送付する予定です。
２．1月8日のフォーラムについては、元より、トムが講演する時間を中心に、出来るだけ会場にいるように予定していました。

1. The official invitation email about the meeting with NEC scheduled on January 7th will be sent to all the parties including IBM after confirming with accountant manager Yamada who is in charge of this meeting for NEC.

今回、更に出来るだ長く居られるように調整をして、2時から3時迄の1時間を除き、開始から終了まで全て会場にいる事が出来るようになりましたので、新たな日本のユーザ開拓に一層努めたいと思います。
３．ＳＡＰとの昼食会議については、鈴木副社長等の中心メンバーは、現時点、全て１月9日の予定が埋まっています。しかし、他のメンバーを含め、何らかの手を打てないか検討したいと思います。期待は出来ませんが、もう少し調整を進めます。

This time I adjust my schedule to stay as long as possible, so I can stay from the beginning to the end except for from 2pm to 3pm. I think I can explore Japanese users more.
3. About the lunch meeting with SAP, schedule for the main member including Suzuki vice president are full on January 9th. But I will reconsider with other members if there are any other way to make it happen. It is tough but I will arrange more.
