The package was sent back to me on hand a while ago. When I asked Japan Post Office about it, they replied that they do not know much about it because it is overseas matter. But at least we can think of some points below which could possible be the reason.
1) The package was delivered to an incorrect address, and the recipient living there refused to receive the package so that it was returned.
2) The clerk of the post office in Hong Kong forgot to leave a absence notification of delivery, and there was no further communication. So the package was sent back.
Is the recipient address below correct?

Which do you prefer, a refund or re-sending the item as a further step?

The package has been returned to here earlier. I inquired Japan post but they said they don't know about it since it's an overseas problem.
There are some points that we can think it is the problem below.
1, it was delivered to the wrong place and the person who recieved rejected to recieve it so it was returned.
2, Some post officer forgot to put a undeliver letter and it was returned.
Is the address below correct?

Would it be refund or reship?

The item was returned to me a few minutes ago. I inquired post office in Japan. They said that they did not know in detail since it is about abroad. The following reasons can be considered.

1.The item was sent to wrong address and was returned since the person at that address refused receiving it.
2. As employee of post office in Hong Kong forgot to leave a notice of delivery, the person who was going to receive it did not contact the post office. Then it was returned.
Is following address correct?

Which one do you prefer, refund or sending it again?

A package returned to me a while ago. In asking a post office in Japan about the situation, I was notified that they would not be familiar with the situation as it took place overseas. Still I can think of the following reasons:
1) The package arrived at a wrong address and the person refused to receive it. Later it was returned to me.
2) A post officer in Hong Kong forgot to leave the absence notice. It came back to me as there was no response. Is your address right with the following?

Which would you like better, refund or reshipment?
