先ほど私の手元に荷物が戻って来ました。日本の郵便局に問い合せた所、海外のことなので、詳しい事はわからないと言われました。ただ考えられる原因としては下記の理由が考えられます。
1）間違った住所に届き、そこの方が受け取りを拒否したため、返送された。
2）香港の郵便局員が不在票を入れ忘れ、連絡がないため、戻ってきた
住所は下記でお間違いないですか？
今後の対応は返金と再送どちらになさいますか？
The item was returned to me a few minutes ago. I inquired post office in Japan. They said that they did not know in detail since it is about abroad. The following reasons can be considered.
1.The item was sent to wrong address and was returned since the person at that address refused receiving it.
2. As employee of post office in Hong Kong forgot to leave a notice of delivery, the person who was going to receive it did not contact the post office. Then it was returned.
Is following address correct?
Which one do you prefer, refund or sending it again?
