神田明神（かんだみょうじん）は、江戸城の表鬼門除けに鎮座する、江戸総鎮守です。
江戸三大祭・日本三大祭の神田祭が有名で、江戸の幕府・庶民に広く崇敬されてきた神社です。

“Kandamyojin” is setting for to avoid front “Kimon”(the northeastern <unlucky>) in Edo castle, it’s “Edosouchinjyu”(the guardian god of Edo).
“Kandmatsuri”(Kanda festival) of “Edosandaimatsuri”(the three biggest Edo festivals)/ “Nihonsandaimaturi”(the biggest three Japanese festivals) are famous, and it is shrine which have been venerated widely by the citizen of Edo Shogunate.

Katsumori is awarded to many people as a strong appreciation of competition, the conclusion of negotiations, and the completion of studies. Mitsunari Ishida, of the Tokugawa family Kanisao, looked out on the field of battle from the gate of the fateful war, and made a prayer for victory at Kanda Shrine. The Shinto priest devotedly prayed every day for the victory of the Kanisao family. The result of that was a total victory. The day of victory was September 15th, which is why it's the day of the Kanda festival, and the Kanisao family were greatly delighted, opening the borough of Edo from thereon. The Kanda shrine was deeply revered in the Edo shogunate, extolled as the overall local Edo deity, and is the symbol of such a history.

"Kachimamori" is received by many people as a strong fellow of winning a game, closing a deal and academic success. When the General, Ieyasu Tokugawa, approached to fight against Mitsunari Ishida at Sekigahara which is the domanial boundary of the country, he prayed his win to Kandamyojin. The master of Kandamyojin sincerely prayed for Ieyasu's win every day. As a result, Ieyasu marvelously won. As the day when Ieyasu won was September 15th which is the day for Kanda Festival, Ieyasu was extremely glad, so that Kandamyojin has been venerated since Edo era started and has been honored as "Edo-so-Chinju". "Kachimamori" is the charm which capitalizes on such historical event.

Kachimori is an award give to whom have strong competition, negotiation, academic accomplishment. When Tokugawa Ieyasu faced the decisive battle with MItsunari Ishida, he prayed for the victory to the Kandamyojin. The priests prayed from the bottom of heart every day for Ieyasu. Therefore, he got the spectacular victory. Since the victory day was on 15 September which become Kanda Festival day, Ieyasu was very satisfied, after Edo shogunate period, Kanda Myoji became very adore in Edo Shogunate and be honored as Edo Sochinju ( the place to pray for local gods), then be valuable answered fetish.

Kachimamori have been given to many people for gambling, making business, success of study as charm of strong supporter. When Ieyasu Tokugawa fought against Mitsunari Ishida at “Tenkawakeme”( battle of Sekigahara), he wished to Kandamyojin for victory of battle. Kamiori(Shinto priest) prayed for victory of Ieyasu everyday with his sincerity. As a result, Ieyasu won the battle well. The day of victory was September 15th, which is Kandasai(festival of Kanda), therefore Ieyasu was very happy. Then since started age of Edo, Kandamyojin have been respected by Edobakufu. And it became be admired as “Edosouchinnjyu”(guardian god of Edo) . Kachimamori is such historical charm.

IT safety guardian is a protection for many people who afraid of computer virus, freeze, forced shutting down etc which people can do nothing for their bad condition PC. Near of Kandamyoujin, in electrical and bussines city Akihabara, there are many people work under the environment of PC, since old protection which regarding to the IT protection demands can not counter the problem, people go to pray for Myoujin' s bless and receive the protection.
