Regarding the order numbers 100110493 and 100110494, it has passed fortnight since the order but they haven't arrived in Japan yet.
I wonder if they are arrived in Hong Kong already?
I would like to receive those merchandises no later than 24th.
I have placed additional order of two pieces, but since the previous order have not arrived may I order the same merchandises again?
