unpaid caseがオープンしましたが、今回のケースは不当です。私は下記のように相手方にインボイスを送るよう働きかけを行い、ペイパルで本来売り手が時間を割かねばならないところを、買い手である私がペイパルに電話で相談して、どうにか相手方が私にインボイスを送ってくれるよう働きかけました。それにも関わらず、相手方はunpaid case をオープンしてきました。非常に心外であります。

Unpaid case was opened, but I believe this case is invalid. As I mention below, I, who is a buyer in PayPal, encouraged the opposing party to send an invoice anyways after consulting with PayPal on the phone, in spite that the seller essentially should have taken some time to do so. Regardless of it, the opposing party has opened the unpaid case. It is extremely burning my hands.

But the invoice wasn't sent never. I tried to pay via PayPal somehow but the person never sent me the invoice.
This case is obviously him responsibility and I did all I can do.
I would pay immediately if he sent me the invoice.
I hope I can get a fair judge for this.

But, the invoice was not sent to me. After that, I tried to make payment via PayPal one way or another, but the opposing party never sent an invoice to me. But no invoice was sent out. After that, I tried but I could not make payment through PayPal, the other party did not send me an invoice either.
