しかしインボイスは送られてきませんでした。その後、私はどうにかペイパルを通して支払いができないか試みましたが、相手方は、インボイスを送ってくれませんでした。今回のケースは明らかに相手方に責があるものであり、こちらとしましては、最大限の努力をいたしました。私としては、相手がきちんとインボイスを送っていただければ、すぐにでも支払を行います。公正な判断をお願いいたします。

But the invoice wasn't sent never. I tried to pay via PayPal somehow but the person never sent me the invoice.
This case is obviously him responsibility and I did all I can do.
I would pay immediately if he sent me the invoice.
I hope I can get a fair judge for this.
