An unpaid case is open and this case is unjust. I asked the seller to send an invoice, and I, a buyer, made a phone call to PayPal to ask for a help so that I could get an invoice from him. This is actually his job to make time and do this. And yet, the seller has opened the unpaid case. I am very unhappy about this. I got the product from an auction on March 18th. I received a message from “A,” a seller. On March 24, I received a message about a shipping cost of 93 pounds to Japan. On March 26, I requested him to give me a total amount of the cost many times, and “B” replied to me. I also received a reply from “C.” On March 27, I made a call to PayPal to ask what I should do. A rep of PayPal in Japan told me they could not help on this, and so I told the seller via PayPal to send me an invoice. On March 29, “D” contacted me. But, the invoice was not sent to me. After that, I tried to make payment via PayPal one way or another, but the opposing party never sent an invoice to me. In this particular case, it is obvious that the opposing party is responsible for it, and I did my best. I myself is ready to make payment any time once the opposing party sends me an invoice. unpaid caseがオープンしましたが、今回のケースは不当です。私は下記のように相手方にインボイスを送るよう働きかけを行い、ペイパルで本来売り手が時間を割かねばならないところを、買い手である私がペイパルに電話で相談して、どうにか相手方が私にインボイスを送ってくれるよう働きかけました。それにも関わらず、相手方はunpaid case をオープンしてきました。非常に心外であります。 3/18商品を落札しました。先方から"A"との連絡が来ました。3/24先方より、日本への送料込の値段が93ポンドとの連絡を受けました。3/26トータルリクエストを何度も送りましたが、"B"との返事を受けました。また、"C"との返事を受けました。3/27ペイパルにどうすればいいか電話しました。日本のペイパルからは、イギリスのセラーには働きかけができないと言われ、私は相手方にペイパルを通して請求書を送ってくれと伝えました。3/29相手方から、"D"と連絡がありました。 しかしインボイスは送られてきませんでした。その後、私はどうにかペイパルを通して支払いができないか試みましたが、相手方は、インボイスを送ってくれませんでした。今回のケースは明らかに相手方に責があるものであり、こちらとしましては、最大限の努力をいたしました。私としては、相手がきちんとインボイスを送っていただければ、すぐにでも支払を行います。公正な判断をお願いいたします。
