私は、商品がメーカーから近日中に出荷可能な案件だから、商品を購入しました。
商品代金を支払った後に、別の商品代金を支払わなければ商品を出荷できないと言われても、どのように理解すれば宜しいでしょうか。
なぜ、商品を販売すると時に、教えてくれなかったのですか。
現在、出荷可能な商品だけでも、すぐ出荷して欲しいです。
難しい場合は、キャンセルをしたいので、既に支払った商品代金を返金して頂けませんでしょうか。

I purchased the item because you explained that the maker would launch the item, and start its delivery sometime soon.
How can I understand the situation that you tell me that you can not ship the item after I had made payment for the item, unless I make yet another payment for another item?
Why didn't you let me know so when you sold the item to me?
I would like you to ship any items which you can deliver now.

The reason I purchased this product is because it's ready to be shipped by the manufacture within days.
I don't understand why you would not be able to ship the product until the payment is made for another product. The payment was already settled at this point.
It should have been clearly explained when the sale was made.
I'd appreciate it if you could ship the available inventories you have.
If not, I'd like to cancel the order and request the refund of the payment that has been already made.
