We consider this issue as follows. We listed on Amazon.com without getting permission for intellectual property, and did not remove listing despite of warning from Amazon.com, and as a result our seller account was suspended. We realized how big this issue was only after getting suspended, and made arrangements described as below.

At first, we removed the item without approval of intellectual property right from the item list of Amazon.com, as far as we could identify. After that, we sent apologizing and request emails to addresses which Amazon.com had specified to us. As far as we can see from those email addresses, we had sent messages to them via "Contact Us" link. And, what we learned from those addresses, some of them are not their own brand, but there were several companies whose business was to protect the brand.

Firstly, we removed items from Amazon.com listing as far as we know that have not been granted permission of intellectual property right. After that, we sent an email of apology and request to the email address instructed by Amazon.com. We contacted via Contact US on the website which we could find from email address. Also, what we found from email address was that some of them were companies which tasks are to protect brands instead of their own brand.

As the brand protected by those companies are not clearly known, we also additionally had requested them to tell us which brand we had violated the intellectual property rights in parallel.
We sent these emails and messages on 1/14, 1/15,1/16,1/18, 1/19, 1/21, 1/22, 1/25, 1/28, 2/2, 2/6, 2/7 and 2/8. During this period, we submitted the appeal to Amazon.com, and made phone calls twice to apologize and to discuss the recovery plan.

Since we are not sure about brands protected by these companies, we asked them to inform us which brand we are violating.
These communications by emails are sent on Jan 14, Jan 15, Jan 16, Jan 18, Jan 19, Jan 21, Jan 22, Jan 25, Jan 28, Feb 2, Feb 6, Feb 7 and Feb 8. Getting suspended made us realize it. That means, we are now aware that we should not sell items violating intellectual property rights in the future, and we will sell provided that awareness. If by any chance we put the item in show in case the check cannot catch, and if Amazon.com sends warning to it, we promise we immediately improve the situation (withdraw the item, or apologize and recovery report to intellectual property owners and protectors).
