私たちは今回の問題を次のように捉えています。私たちが知的財産権の許可を得ないままAmazon.comに出品してしまったこと、及びAmazon.comからの警告があったにもかかわらず出品をやめなかったこと、その結果私たちのセラーアカウントがサスペンドされてしまったことです。私たちはサスペンドされ初めて事の重大さを知り、以下に書くような対応をしました。
