電圧と変圧が日本と異なるため商品が正常に動作しない可能性が高いとの返答が返ってきました。
そちらを正しく使用して頂けたら問題が解決するかもしれません。

Do you use electrical transformer or power voltage device?
They replied the product may not work properly because the electric voltage and power transformation is different from the one in Japan.
So, if you make sure to use electrical transformer or power voltage device properly, then it would resolve the issue.
If you would like to have it repaired, the initial repair cost is 10,000 yen.
Please sent back the product to me if you need repair.
