10月•11月のシフトに関しての変更・連絡です。
大変申し訳ないのですが、就職先の仕事の本年度までのノルマ達成率が不十分な為に、毎週平日(月~金)の22時まで会社で残業する指示が下りました。
大変申し訳ないのですが、改めて今月・来月のシフトの報告を申し上げます。
10月22日 (水)17:30~24:00
10月25日(土)17:30~24:00
10月26日 (日)17:30~24:00
11月
2日•9日•16日•23日 17:30~24:00

I inform you of the change of shifts on October and November.
I'm very sorry but we haven't achieved the enough targeted quota by this year with the job I was employed so our company instructed us to work overtime on every weekdays from Monday to Friday by 10 p.m..
I'm very sorry but I inform you of this month and the next month's shift once again.

Unfortunately, my workplace's quota has not accomplished, and I received instructions that I have to do overtimework until 10p.m. on every weekday.
I'm afraid but I tell you this month's and next month's shift again.

I'm very sorry but the direction to work overtime until 22 o'clock every weekdays(Mon. to Fri.) was given , because the quota of our work this year has not been met yet.
It was verry sorry but I send the shift of thia and next month again.
