プレイステーションネットワークカードを販売し、いずれのバイヤーからもコードを教えてくれと要求されたので、要求通りにコードを教えました。
内容はメールの履歴をご確認願います。
このコードを教えたことによって、バイヤーはプレイステーション内のゲームコンテンツを遊ぶことが可能になります。
従ってカード自体は発送していませんが、バイヤーは我々に支払ったお金の対価を受け取っています。

As above, the purchaser knows that the refund is not acceptable, but as soon as he gets the code, he abuses the Amazon's system and keeps sending requests for refund and return.
As a proof, he bought multiple cards and sends multiple requests.

As such, the buyers clearly understand that their claim is not legitimate. However. they take advantage of Amazon system and ask for charge back and return request.
