貴社の販売されている商品につきましてはＢ社に下記のことで対応が間違いないことを確認しております。
UPCコードがついていなくても同じ商品であれば同じカタログへ出品することが望ましい。
UPCコードがついているからといってオリジナル商品にはあたらない。
UPCコード管理団体に確認したところUPCコードを取得したことにより知的財産権や商標権を得られる
ものではない。

If there is a seal attached to the package, it does not translate to an original product.
If there was a notification from the previous seller to stop selling, then there is a need for the previous seller to certify the varying products.
If there are temporary problems then resolve it between the parties.

We also created a product page of our company and we can understand that your company wants to hold on to the difficulty to cultivate and the hardships in maintaining the quality. However, a similar product promotes competition and it provides a better pricing for the clients so I think that this would translate to the benefit of the clients in the end.
