パッケージにシールを貼っただけなどはオリジナル商品にはあたらない。

先行出品者から販売中止などの通知があった場合異なる商品の証明は、先の出品者が行う必要がある。

仮に問題になった場合、当事者間で解決を行う。
販売差止めなどのＢ側は基本的に感知しない。
