I am not familiar with the regulations, but i know for sure that the money solves a lot. Unfortenatly. And i know it takes time to get known. The Slovenia is small, so we got arround it and it was easy.

大阪MICE企業が東京でPR

大阪観光局は8月21日、ＪＰタワー ホール＆カンファレンスで「大阪MICEディスティネーション・ショーケース」を開催した。

大阪市内にある「MICE施設」「ホテル」「ケータリング事業者」、「飲食施設」「観光施設」「旅行会社」「DMC」「コンベンショ ン企画運営会社」、「その他MICE関連サービス事業者」などの担当者と、招待した参加者が直接話し合うことができる商談会と懇親会が行なわれた。

２６社が出展し、MICE主催企業などから約１８０人が参加した。

Osaka Government Tourism Bureau held “Osaka MICE Destination Showcase” at JP Tower Hall & Conference on Aug. 21.

During the event, the business meetings and friendly gathering for the invited visitors to communicate directly with in charges from “MICE facilities”, “hotels”, “catering business operating companies”, “eat and drink restaurants”, “tourism facilities”, “travel agencies”, “DMC”, “convention planning and operating companies”, and “the other service providers related to MICE” etc.

There were 26 companies displayed at the event and about 180 people from MICE sponsoring entities etc. were participated.

東京屋外広告美術協同組合は９月18日から20日の３日間、東京ビッグサイトで「SIGN＆DISPLAYSHOW2014」を開催する。

同展は、サイン・ディスプレイの製作・施工に必要な資材、素材、および加工機器等関連商品全般を集め、業界の新しい情報源、知識提供の場として、全国の屋外広告業者や広告関係者に遅着したイベント。56回目の開催となる今回は142社・団体が出展予定（８月５日現在）。前回開催は2万9,931人が来場者した。

Tokyo Outdoor Advertising Association will hold “SIGN & DISPLAY SHOW 2014” at Tokyo Big Site for three days stating from Sept. 18 to 20.

The show is closely relevance to outdoor advertising and advertising entities throughout the country for a new source of information and providing new knowledge and will gather materials necessary for producing and installing the signs and displays as well as gathering general processing machineries etc. related products.
There are 142 companies and groups (as of Aug. 5) planning to display at the show which will be the 56th times at this time. The last show attracted 29,931 visitors.

日本コンベンション事業協会（CPA）は年８月26日10時30分から、東京ファッションタウンビル（ＴＦＴ）の研修室で「大規模災害対応セミナー『首都直下地震災害時における帰宅困難者とは？』」を開催する。

CPAの基準化・標準化委員会では、2011年の東日本大震災後、会議やコンベンション分野における大規模災害の対策や準備を検討。イベント開催時に発生した場合には参加者を安全に誘導し、帰宅困難者対策を施す使命を抱えるコンベンション業界関係者のために、勉強会を実施することとなった。

Convention Pioneers Association of Japan (CPA) held “A seminar on ‘who will be the people having difficulty in returning home?’ after a large-scale disaster” at a training room in Tokyo Fashion Town (TFT) bldg. starting from 10:30 am on Aug. 26.

The scaling & standardization committee of CPA has been reviewing the response and preparation for a large-scale disaster from the view of conference and convention field after the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011. They decided to hold the study meeting for convention industry related people who will be in charged with mission to guide visitors and participants safely and correspond to those people will be having difficulty in returning home in case a large-scale disaster will hit an event venue during the event period.

OK I am in agreement you can see the cracks on the top three stars (now that I look closely) but I can not see any of the other cracks that are on the lower stars and really all over the top body in all corners, around all hardware and switches and in the contours of the shape of the guitar. It is unfortunate as that does (as you well know) lower the overall value of the guitar. It is probably only going to be displayed or kept it the case anyway but I do think the loss in value is greater than you are thinking. I know it is rare and I paid top dollar for it so you and I both know "condition" is everything to a collector and this really is a collector guitar (not too practical to be playing much).

If my item didn't work I would reimburse the buyer for shipping back it's only right if it's the sellers mistake for selling a broken item. If the item isn't broken then yea the buyer should pay shipping back.
