Does it affect the accuracy of measurement due to pressure?

If there is any effect, can I assess it?
For example, can I figure out the gap of the measurement by the effect of pressure
when the measured gas is air, the full-scale volume flow is 800^3/h, the pressure range
is 0kpa to 20kpa?
