4回目の研修を終えて思うこと

4回目の研修を終えて分かったことは，私はとても怠けやすい人間だということです。

思い返せば入社して5年目を迎え，普段の業務や研修そのものに新鮮味を感じられなくなってしまっており
結果として，あらゆる面において私はとても怠けていたということが分かりました。

研修に行く度に自分の力のなさを痛感し検収で学んだことを更に勉強しようとその時は思うのですが，実際腰を据えて
勉強した試しがありません。このことは普段の業務にも言えると思います。

Thoughts after the 4th training

What I discovered about myself from the 4th training is that I tend to get very lazy.

Looking back at my situation, this is my 5th year mark since joined the company, and I can no longer give a fresh look at the day-to-day tasks and training themselves, and as a result it has become clear to me that I have been lazy in every possible aspects.

Every time I go to take a training I strongly feel to deepen what I learned from it, but I have never really sat down to study harder for real. This can be applied to my normal work as well.

その際に如何に自分が2018年に実績を残さなかったのかよく分かりました。これはエンジニアとして大きな問題です。

2019年は自分と自分の会社をアップデートする年にします。

成し遂げようと思います。次に語学研修に行くときはきっとアップデートされた自分でいられると思います。

In this presentation, I revisited the year 2018 and examined the challenges for this year.
I have perceived how little I had left my proven history in 2018.
For an engineer, this is a major issue.

Regarding the record I received today, it was distorted like a chewing gum due to the heat to be non-playable. The jacket and packing materials are not damaged, so it is hard for me to believe it due to the delivery, but I wonder what the world is happening. This record was far from VG ++ grade, (on the contrary it cannot be played) I would like a return/refund. I am so shocked because I was really looking forward to it.
