Folks who follow our blog closely are probably aware that selected startups for the Optus-Innov8 seed fund will be working out of York Butter Factory (YBF in short), a co-working space located in the heart of Melbourne. And those startups are in for a treat.

夢メッセみやぎ7月20日から再開
「夢メッセみやぎ」が7月20日、いよいよ再開した。
7月20日(金)～29日(日)までの10日間、夢メッセみやぎで「とうほく自動車フェスタ」が開催されるが、その開会式では、夢メッセみやぎの再開を望んだ多くの関係者からの挨拶が相次ぎ、約１年半にわたる工事期間の空白を払拭するような式典となった。
週末は20,126人が来場。東北を代表する展示施設の再開で、復興への弾みがつきそうだ。
今週末の混雑はさらに増す勢いだ。

Dream Messe Miyagi finally started on 20 July.

"Tohoku automobile festa" is held in Dream Messe Miyagi for 10 days from 20 Friday to 29 Sunday Jul.
At the opening ceremony, many guests involved gave greetings and the ceremony seemed to wash off the year and a half construction suspension.

20.126 people visited at the weekend. The reopening of the exhibit hall representing Tohoku would add momentum to the reconstruction.

This weekend would be expected more crowds.

A leader of a building company felt that everyone who worked for him was incapable of making right decisions. Workers hated for people to ask them questions. They tried to never make a decision. Work slowed down, and the company lost money because workers and subcontractors couldn't do what they felt was right - they had to wait to be told it was OK for them to do what they knew was right . from the start. The result was a lot of unhappy workers who couldn't do as good a job as they would have liked to do.

CHAPTER 10-1
Probably everyone has worked for a boss who had to control everything. The employees, no matter what level, were just people to go out and gather information and stir things up on the boss's behalf. Any real decision about what could or should be done rested entirely with one person, the boss. This approach does nothing to develop the employees, It can create huge bottlenecks in the workplace, delaying work, holding up progress, and it ends up overworking the boss.

Count the cost
When you champion your employees, you will lose some to other areas of the company in different or more responsible positions. This is where championing will cost you. You will be training more new people to take the places of the ones who have moved on. Sure, it is extra work, but the success of those who work for you can only make you more successful.

Be realistic
You cannot halfheartedly champion your employees. Championing people you don't believe in or ones who aren't qualified for higher level positions can only backfire on you. Your peers in the company will begin to doubt your judgment.

これらをサブグループに分けて詳細に分析した。
LA群ではⅢが最も多く、IVS群ではⅤが最も多く認められた。

In the LA group, Ⅲwas found most and V in IVS group.
State anxiety was significantly dropped in LA 5 group, whereas it significantly increased in IVS 3 group.
Significant decrease of trait anxiety in LA 5 group was found. There was no other significant changes.
Observing the subgroups by sex, IVS3 for female was increased to 4 of the anxiety degree. Similarly, LA 4 for female and LA 3 for male increase were found respectively.
