請負契約書の案を見ましたが、次の２点について変更するようお願いします。

１． 契約書では、支払われた給与に関して、所得税などの全ての税金、国民保険料およびその他の法定賦課等は自ら支払わなければならないことになります。従来の契約では、それらに相当する分は、給与とは別に加算されていました。この結果、新しい契約では、私の給与は、現在の日本の所得税率３３％のみを考えたとしても大幅な給与の減少となります。（JPY6,500×（1-0.33）＝JPY4,350）

1. In the contract, the party should pay all the taxes including income tax, national health insurance premium, and other legal impositions. In the conventional contracts, these payments are added separately from salary. As a result, in the new contract, my salary will be reduced greatly even only by the 33% income tax rate in Japan. (JPY 6,500× (1-0.33) = JPY 4,350)

先ほど荷物が到着しました。
箱を開けてみたのですが、残念な事にサンプル１とサンプル２が中でバラバラになっていました。
せっかく送ったもらったのですが、これではオーダーのしようがありません。
この事を配送会社に伝え、保証が効くかただ今確認中です。

サンプル１とサンプル２の見分け方はありますか？
もし１と２の判断が出来ない場合、再度送って貰うことは可能ですか？

12月7日のVAT申告についてご質問です。

弊社ではヨーロッパでの購入はなく、アマゾン以外の販路もありません。
この場合、8月～10月のAmazon VAT Transactions Reportと
該当するC７９をお渡しすれば良いですか？

また該当するC７９を前任の業者がすべて紛失したようで、再発行する必要があります。
再発行は御社を通してHMRCに依頼すればよろしいですか？

私たちはすぐにお支払いの用意があります。
ですが、お香の匂いについてちょっとした問題がありました。

前回のサンプルに比べると、煙も少なくて満足しているのですが、昨日の社内ミーティングではこの匂いが気に入らないという声があがりました（私の妻の意見ですが）。確かに顔を近づけて嗅いでみると良い香りの煙とは言えないかも知れません。

そこで生産者に確認して欲しいのですが、この匂いをもっと抑える事は出来ないでしょうか？

なぜ納期が予想より掛かってしまったかと言うと、

我々にとってA以外の設備を売ることが初めてで、通常の社内ルールに当てはまらないので、どのように社内で進めていくか決めるのに時間が掛かってしまいました。
例えば、誰が図面を作るのか？誰が購買をすすめるのか？どのような仕様にするのか？等を決めるのに時間を要しました。

また、弊社技術部の負荷オーバーにより、なかなか図面作成が進まなかったのも原因の1つです。

現在の弊社の状況は非常に負荷が高い状態にあり、全体的に納期が掛かってしまっております。
