先ほど荷物が到着しました。
箱を開けてみたのですが、残念な事にサンプル1とサンプル2が中でバラバラになっていました。
せっかく送ったもらったのですが、これではオーダーのしようがありません。
この事を配送会社に伝え、保証が効くかただ今確認中です。
サンプル1とサンプル2の見分け方はありますか?
もし1と2の判断が出来ない場合、再度送って貰うことは可能ですか?
