They answered that they could not solve this problem because only Seller Performance Team could make the selling possible. I am very confused because the prime day will come soon. I asked what I needed you to deliver the item together twice before, but the item was out of original cardboard. It means the packaging was not enough and the item was broken.

However, we cannot do any paperworks and productions from 7th Aug. to 16th Aug. because of summer holiday in Japan. If you order before summer holiday, there is a possibility to make the deadline longer. Meanwhile, when you can get the order from A company? 銀行がJVの構成会社それぞれからBondの請求をされるリスクがあるとして、
incorporated JVにボンドの発行が難しいと言われました。

そこでご相談ですが、Bondの発行先をA社 on behalf of B社として提出させていただけないでしょうか。
他社でのプロジェクトでこういった形態で提出させていただいた実績があります。

どうしてもB社を発行先にしなければならない場合は再度銀行に相談してみますが、
