Hello. At the first stage, you told you could not eject the memory card without a pliers, so I think something went wrong when you inserted the card. You told that you had not received anything, but it is just two hours since I received your first message. As I am working daytime, it would take half a day to reply to you.

i took the memory card out, but this time i took it out perfectly fine. by just clicking it in. then my camara shuts off.. and its just not turning on anymore... i would like a full refund or for another camera of these. or atleast a partial refund for me to be able to pay the costs to send it to fix, if thats even available... i really love this camara. i really want it. but its damaged. i dont know what to do ..

i turn camera on it tells me i need to have a memory card. i go to store and buy a 32gb memory card that costed me 28$. i go and insert the memory card inside the camera. camera starts working fine. i try and take the memory card out of the camera is stuck... i researched what to do, i was desperate.. the seller takes too long to reply (maybe because he/she is in japan.. i dont know..) so i finally take out the memory card by forcing it out using pliers. i turn camera on and insert the memory card back to see if it starts working and its telling me errors. i go on my computer and insert the memory card, and is working
