In this restaurant, you can enjoy six kinds of fresh barrel beer and ten kinds of mouthful jiao-zi.

The temperature is well kept by glass beer, which is highly recommended.

山芋をすりおろして出汁で味付けをしたとろろが餃子の上にたっぷり掛かっています。
とてもヘルシーな餃子です。

本日紹介した餃子以外にも、しそ餃子やチーズ餃子や、揚げ餃子など、ビールに合う餃子が沢山あります。

グループで来店して、色んな種類の餃子とビールを楽しむのがオススメです。

Eight pieces of small jiao-zi wrapped with very thin skin on one plate. The crispy feeling is so excellent.

The taste of the filling of jiao-zi is spicy, and matches the crispy texture very much. You can drink as much beer as you want.

A lot of Tororo, made from yam and tasted with soup is on Jiao-zi.
It is very healthy jiao-zi.

Other than jiao-zi I introduced today, there are various jiao-zi matching with beer, such as Japanese basil jiao-zi, cheese jiao-zi and fried jiao-zi.

I would love to have a doll whose atmosphere is the one of Mazie which Kory had made. The glass eye whose color is nearly black. Regarding the hair, I love black mohair. As for the hair style, can you please refer to the baby shown in the third picture and later ones I attached with this e-mail. Just like Grace which Kory had made for my friend, please paint red color on the finger tips and the cheeks in the same way as Kory's. If possible, can you please use hair implant for eyebrow and eyelashes? I prefer eyebrows whose end is dropping down to make the doll's face kind and friendly. And, I prefer some magnetism on the lips.
I also would like the doll to wear pink dress and a hair band. I really appreciate that you always accept my overindulging request. Thank you in advance.

This time, I would like to introduce four impressive jiao-zi restaurants among a bunch of jiao-zi restaurants in Tachikawa.

A Chinese restaurant established in 1929, "Yotsukado Hanten".

Yotsukado Hanten which was established in 1929 is one of the oldest Chinise restaurants in Tachikawa. The jiao-zi of Yotsukado Hanten consists of well balanced filling made from pork meet and vegetables wrapped politely with slightly thick skin.

四つ角飯店の餃子は昭和スタイルの懐かしい感じのする味わいです。焼き餃子はカリッと、水餃子はモチッとした食感がそれぞれ楽しめます。

四つ角飯店では毎月5のつく日は焼き餃子が、毎週水曜日は水餃子がそれぞれ半額になります

「餃子天国」の超ジャンボサイズの餃子

横田基地の駐在員にもジャンボサイズの餃子で人気の「餃子天国」。立川駅から少し離れていますが、連日満席になります。餃子のサイズは拳の大きさぐらいあります。薄めの皮にたっぷりの豚肉餡が詰まっています。餃子の具材は牡蠣、いか、かに、ほたてなどの16種類から選べます。

The size of this jiao-zi is almost as big twice as regular jiao-zi, so that it is very satisfying and you can enjoy eating. You can choose baked, boiled and fried jiao-ji. And it is also attractive that you can select very unique jiao-ji such as cilantro leaf jiaoji, veru hot and spicy jiao-ji and chicken wing jiao-ji, too.

Extremely huge size of jiao-ji of "Gyoza Tengoku" (Heaven of Jiao-ji)

"Gyoza Tengoku" is very famous among resident officers in Yokota Base for their extremely huge jiao-ji. The location is a little far from Tachikawa Station, but all of the seats have always been occupied. The size of the jiao-ji is as big as the fist. There are a lot of pork meet filling wrapped with slightly thin skin. You can choose the material of jiao-ji filling among 16 variations, such as oyster, squid, crab, scallop and others.
