2.今後、同じミスを起こさないように、どのように行動するか。
今までは出品後、一度チェックするのみだったが、今回の事を踏まえて、スタッフ全員が出品するときに再度目を通し、
出品する前に1品ずつ日本の封鎖された出品者と同じものを出品してないか2重、3重にチェックすることを義務付けます。
そのためのスタッフも新たに雇い、同じ間違いを2度と起こしません。

1．なぜ今回の問題が起こってしまったのか。

当社の出品は、ツールにて一括出品を行っており、システムの不備でまれに日本の出品者と同じ商品をピックアップしてしまうことがある。
その都度確認し、見つかった場合は即削除しているが、今回はそれが閉鎖された出品者と同じ商品を出品されてしまっていた。

2. Why the issue happened this time?

But, it is originally a limited model which is not listed on the catalog. So, it could be possible that only the specific guitar was modified when it was produced due to some reason related with the sound.

I am very sorry for lack of my explanation, but SG175 which I told you was used for the comparison when SG75 existed. Currently it is not produced, so it is almost impossible to get a brand-new SG175.
Currently, SG210 is the flag ship model of SG series. Its spec is the same as that of SG175, and it is entirely handmade item by Japanese craftsman.
The quality is so excellent that we cannot sell it in US because the authentic guitar manufacturer, Gibson, had claimed about it.
