According to the attached document, the general improvement plan will finish by the end of December, so am I correct to assume that it has been finished already?

According to the attachment, all processes of the Kaizen plan will be completed at the end of December. Hence, the all processes have been completed already, haven't they?

クライアント様、「改善計画」は普段どの用語をご使用ですか？製造関係であれば、私が以前勤めていたところも Kaizen plan として海外とやりとりをしていましたし、最近では英語圏でも使うといわれますが、もし特別使っている用語がありましたら、適宜変更ください。ほかの選択肢としては、Improvement Plan(改善計画)やCountermeasures(対策)なども使っていました。
