商品が販売できないのなら、せめて返送手続きができるようにして下さい。

I did what resolution you told me, but nothing has resolved.

This issue has not been resolved after more than 30 days passed.
Do you have any intention to solved it?
I am really in trouble.
As this issue has not been caused by me, I can do nothing with it.
There is no way but have your help. However, the time passes without any solution from you. I has already more than 30 days passed.
If the products cannot be sold, at least, please let me proceed to return them.
